DDA Assessment will include an examination of the building facilities & services against pre-determined criteria to assess its ease of use by people with a disability in accordance with Australian Standard AS1428, Building Control Act and the Disability Discrimination Act. A written DDA Access Audit report will then be produced. This report will detail non-compliances and recommend action.

DDA access audits are based on ‘Reasonable Adjustment’ to establish what is reasonable to be upgraded to comply with the Disability Discrimination Act 1992.
