The BCA Compliance Review will include a physical inspection and review of the existing building to establish code compliance sections (C, D & E).  Identify issues on departures from current BCA and fire safety.  Comment on the overall condition, capacity and adequacy of the design for the current use and provide recommendations and actions for consideration.

Fire Safety assessment will include a physical inspection and documentation review of the existing Fire and Life Safety systems.
