Peter Forbes

Peter has worked with a number of clients to assist in the management of Process Safety Management Systems.  In this capacity Peter has developed specific expertise in assisting clients in the facilitation of specialised process and operational risk assessment methods, including HAZOP, FMEAC and Event Tree Analysis, covering such plants as a Bagasse Plant, combined cycle power station, steel foundry and sheet mill, major port operations, computer facilities and a pulp and paper mill.

Peter has undertaken special hazard risk audits, assisted with the implementation of special hazard procedures for high hazard plants such as a Steel Manufacturing Plant, Power Stations, Chlorine, Ammonia, L.P.G, and Hydrogen handling facilities.
